Across Scotland to approx Dumfries you should see the full occultation
from Dumfries to approx Sunderland you should see a grazing contact between Jupiter & the Moon
from Sunderland south you will see the near miss between Jupiter & the Moon
local start & finish times will vary and it would be advisable to check exact timings at your location
The Sun will be present as this event takes place So Please remember your Solar Safety :-
DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN WITHOUT THE CORRECT SOLAR FILTER FITTED TO YOUR EQUIPMENT
OR SOLAR SAFETY GLASSES FOR YOUR EYES
