The Crescent Moon & Venus

At approx 12.00 hrs on Monday the 14th of September above the S – SE horizon

 the planet Venus will appear to be close to the limb of a 12% illuminated waxing crescent Moon

as the afternoon progresses both bodies will drift further apart

as the Sun will be above the horizon

DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN

WITHOUT THE CORRECT SOLAR FILTER FITTED TO YOUR EQUIPMENT

OR SOLAR SAFETY GLASSES FOR YOUR EYES
