Informal / Observing Evening

Tonight will be an observing evening weather & sky conditions permitting

if the weather / sky conditions are unfavourable the evening will revert to an informal evening

 during the evening Mike will be talking to us about the Evscope 1

one of, if not the first commercially available “Smart Scopes”

from its initial use through to its current scientific applications, such as exoplanet transits, spectral analysis of meteors, etc

members are welcome to bring their own equipment along
