After moonrise on Monday the 24th of March low along the SE – SW horizon 

a lunar libration will offer a somewhat foreshortened views

of this  heavily cratered Mare Orientale area of the Moon’s surface

the Moon will rise from approx 04.33 hrs & set at approx 10.33 hrs
