As the Beehive cluster (M44) rises above the NE – E horizon from approx 22.00 hrs on Saturday the 8th of November
the comet 24P / Schaumasse will be in the process of passing across M44
due to this comet being at approx Mag + 13.6 smaller telescopes may find it difficult to locate
if you do plan to observe / image this event remember to dress for the conditions
