A Clair Obscur Effect & An ISS Pass

In the early evening of Monday the 18th of March above the S horizon

the Clair Obscur Effect know as the eyes of Clavius will be best viewed @ 19.50

there is also a visible ISS pass travelling from W – E @ 19.17 – 19.22 hrs
