After sunset during the evening of Saturday the 1st of March along the SW – W horizon

 the planet Mercury will be 7.3° below and to the right of a 3% illuminated waxing crescent Moon

this event would be best viewed @ approx 18.30 hrs as the evening twilight starts to darken
