From approx 02.30 hrs to 04.45 hrs of Monday the 16th of May there is a total lunar eclipse
with the Moon entering the Earth’s Penumbral (lighter) shadow from 02.30 hrs
and progressing to enter the Earth’s Umbral (darker) shadow at approx 03.27 hrs
with totality occurring at 04.29 hrs
with Moonset at 05.10 hrs & Sunrise at 05.06 hrs
it is difficult to predict how much and for how long totality will be visible
as the amount of darkening varies with each eclipse
if you do plan to observe / image this event remember to dress for the conditions
